Here The STORY!

Young city boy Riley has done it again... and his struggling, single Dad has had enough of him getting into trouble after his mom died one year ago.
Now, Riley has to choose between going down the path of young offenders institution or spending the summer in Echo Beach with his estranged grandfather. 

The day after arriving, Riley is ready to leave, after get in trouble with an beachboy. 

Suddenly all turns good after Riley meets a girl at the beach at Skimboarding. First love brings him to learn to skimboard. The Teenage thing about Rage and love goes around. 

The things are getting sad. Riley saves the girl out of the water from an accident and replace her at a skimboadig competition. In the meantime his grandfather become a heartattack. Riley calls his that but will enter the Skimboard Competition. 

Riley soon learns life lessons about friendship, family and responsibility. Through it all, Riley has the most memorable summer of his life.
